Kathy Andrews Managing Director, Cinga Leadership & Learning
Kathy Andrews is the Managing Director of Cinga Leadership and Learning and is an accomplished coach, facilitator, and organizational development and leadership consultant who utilizes coaching techniques in all aspects of her work. She utilizes coaching skills such as powerful questioning and paraphrasing on a day-to-day basis. Whether she’s coaching clients or designing high-impact programs, Kathy builds connections and promotes shared understanding by leveraging coaching skills and frameworks that you will have the opportunity to explore in this new course
Kathy has has guided numerous successful organization design and change initiatives and has held senior human resources positions at several global organizations including in the US, Canada, Europe, South America, Trinidad, New Zealand and Egypt. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from Rhodes University in South Africa, and a Provincial Instructors Diploma program from Vancouver Community College. She is a proud member of HRMA and the BC Organization Development Network.
Molly McGuire Organizational Development Program Manager, Cinga Leadership & Learning
Molly McGuire is an organizational development program manager who is enthusiastic about optimizing leadership and employee engagement in organizations. She has experience applying psychological principles to improve work environments through communication and leadership development. For a substantial portion of this work, she utilizes coaching techniques. Molly supports participants in exploring and leveraging essential coaching skills and models in their day-to-day work to increase capacity and promote productivity and engagement.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Master of Arts Degree in I/O Psychology from Adler University (Vancouver campus), where her research focused on behavioural results of feeling isolated at work. Molly is dedicated to developing effective and sustainable solutions in partnership with organizational leaders to improve employee performance and well-being through learning and development.
