Quick renewal Steps:
For a quick renewal guide, follow these steps. As the primary contact of your organization:
1. Log into your
LGMA MyAccount
2. Go to your organization’s Membership Tab
3. Renew or add people to your membership for 2025
4. Click "Submit Membership Purchase" and receive your membership invoice

Step 1: Log In
Log into your LGMA MyAccount page using this link.
Step 2: Go to the Membership Tab
Once you're logged in, go to the Membership tab.
Step 3: Renew or add people to your membership for 2025:
Under the "Employees currently not included" tab is a list of members within your organization that are up for renewal. You can add any or all employees from the list.
Please note: If there are employees you would like to add to your 2025 LGMA Provincial Membership who are not showing up on your list of employees, please provide the following information to aparadis@lgma.ca - the employee's:
- Name,
- Job title,
- Email address, and
- Phone contact.
After these employees have been added by LGMA staff, you will be contacted to continue the renewal process.
If your list of employees in your LGMA MyAccount includes employees that are no longer with your organization, please provide the following information to
aparadis@lgma.ca - the employee's:
- Name,
- Date they left the organization, and
- The organization they have moved to (if its a different local government)
Once you have reviewed and selected the list of employees you would like to renew for 2025, click the "Submit Membership Purchase" button.
Step 3: Receive your membership invoice for payment:
An invoice for membership payment will appear. Review your invoice and named members and proceed to payment.
If you need to make additional changes, click "Cancel Purchase."
You may pay by credit card or you can send a cheque with your invoice number and organization name to:

You will receive your receipt (credit card payment) or invoice (cheque payment) by email after clicking "Submit Payment."
